Project Controls Management

  • Develop and implement customised integrated database and system to existing client system (Planning tools & Costing tools)
  • Setup and preparation of cost accounts, project budgets and controlling cash flow, forecast and overall view of a project.
  • Managing and implement project management methodology for the projects using PMBOK technique and guidelines
  • Project tracking and updating using (EVM) Earned Value Management
  • Monitoring and updating S-Curves based on time and cost to manage project control cash flow and forecast
  • Prepare and managing change control and Risk & Opportunity data
  • Prepare Monthly Project status reports and overviews
  • Conduct training and workshops to client end users on proper usage and implementation of Project Management tools and standardization of system used.

Project Planning and Scheduling

  • Establish a management schedule, fully integrated and effective master plan in which the project goals, the various structures and project scope are translated into, that identifies at a high level all major activity timeframes, budgets and key milestones, as well as the critical path of the project.
  • Setup, manage and implement Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of project budgets and schedules that talked to each other.
  • Preparing tender schedules based on tender estimates and tender requirements.
  • Producing project schedule baseline using clients Planning tools and or other Project Management tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Prepare and manage resource allocation and resource management plan.
  • Communicate project status and insure that milestones delivery dates are meet at the right time and at the right cost.
  • Produce and communicate status of Projects and advice any affecting issues that may lead to poor delivery or over expense.
  • Maintaining project plan and reflecting actual scenario of a projects.
  • Preparing projects overview weekly, monthly or project reporting cycles.
  • Reviewing, communicate and update project schedule’s logic and proper handling of out of sequence activities

System Standardisation and Analysis

  • Preparing monthly and annually customised reports based on clients standards and templates.
  • Debugging & crashing of Project programs to meet clients delivery dates
  • Resource management and analysis
  • Designing a comprehensive and integrated database
  • Communicates all key issues & concerns raised in a timely manner including collective response and actions to mitigate the issues
  • Managing/ monitoring project status including planning and cost analysis support
  • Monitor and track productivity output to ensure that base are meet and provide corrective actions for low productivity.
  • Develop Database/ Excel or any users friendly customise reports according to clients requirements
  • Preparing Monthly cash flow, forecast analysis and over all status of a Project
  • Claim & Delay Analysis and support
  • Change Order, Trend and Risk Analysis

Estimating / QS / Contract Administrator

  • Tendering and preparing supplier’s accreditation/ gathered quotation from subcontractors
  • Managing Site Costing Database and producing Monthly Financial Status Report, Forecast cost versus budget cost and over all status of the Project.
  • Prepare contract and bidding documents for post award to subcontractors including validation that all requirements are compliance to the works specifications and according to the plan and time table.
  • Evaluation of tender documentation to ensure suitability for project, control and monitoring of all requirements necessary for approval of variations.
  • Prepare and validation of Progress Claims and Invoices, Variation Request, Certificate of Payment but not limited to quantification of various items of work involved in the construction of the Project regarding actual quantities constructed necessary for progress billing
  • Managing Subcontractor including reconciliation of all claim and final quantities to ensure that no over payment and over claimed done by subcontractors
  • Issue and validate subcontractor’s variations claims for the addition and omission of works from their contract.
  • Issued and validate subcontractor’s completion certificate upon completion of their works and assessment of their works and behaviours’ to the project.
  • Provide overall cost and progress reports and other matter related to schedule and cost as required by the client
  • Quantification and identifies various claims, additional work, change order, reimbursable items and assigns man-hour and cost value per item of work.
